It is with great pleasure that we can announce that the founder of Leadership
Embodiment, Wendy Palmer, agreed to come to Liège
to teach a special Master Class workshop on "Coaching with the Leadership Embodiment model".
|
What is this workshop going to offer me
?
|
|
|
|
|
The aim for this Master Class is
for people to experience the LE model
as it can be used in coaching situations
in one to one or group settings or in
a corporate context.
This workshop will enable those with
some previous experience in LE to sense
clearly how LE can be used in coaching
and also discover for themselves if
they would like to go for the advanced
LECT training. It contains
advanced material on coaching not found in any of
Wendy's teaching so far.
It will also enable you to deepen
and refresh your practice of Leadership
Embodiment. This workshop is a mix between a retreat
and a Level 2 at the exercices level.

The objectives of the workshop are :
- Learn how Leadership Embodiment can be used
in coaching clients : one-to-one and in small
groups.
- Explore or Refresh and deepen key Leadership Embodiment
competencies.
- Experience one to one and group coaching
role plays and demonstrations.
- Learn how the Leadership
Embodiment approach can be introduced into organizations
from Wendy's experience (using a 9 months coaching format).
- Sense if the new updated LE Coach Training (LECT)
is the right next step for you.

Language of the workshop

Workshop language is English. Clarifications in French
or Dutch will also be available if needed. Exercises can always be done in the
language of
your choice. |

Wendy offers coaching in Somatic Intelligence for
individuals, groups and teams. Her clients include
Twitter, Salesforce, Gap, Genentech, DaimlerChrysler,
Oracle, McKinsey, NASA, Pfizer and The US Forest
Service.

Place of the workshop
|
|
|
The workshop is going to take place
in Liège city center in the botanic
garden
area,
a beautiful, calm and easily accessible area of Liege.
Liège (Luik, Lüttich) is centrally located in Europe (30
min. from Aachen or Maastricht and 2h30 from
Paris by high speed train). It is well deserved by public
transport, motorways and airports. Liège is located 1h15 from Brussels Airport or Brussels
Chalerloi.
